Exchanges

Unused may be exchanged only within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the postage back to rupert & milla HQ. Please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt and let us know that you would like to make an exchange and we will work with you to facilitate the exchange. 

We don't usually exchange items purchased on sale or on promotion but where possible we will endeavour to assist.   

Unfortunately for health reasons we don't exchange headwear.

Faulty items

Every item is carefully inspected prior to being despatched. It is important to note that each item is hand made and as such slight variations will occur. These are not considered faults.
If you have a faulty item please contact us ASAP at [email protected] we will work with you to resolve the issue.
